Today I have completed much of my to do list, which I am pleased with. I have uploaded all of the images that I planned to do, as well as the outcomes alongside them - such as explaining what they mean and why we have used them. As well as this, in the lesson this morning me and Jess began asking people to complete the forms for our Title names, on top of researching sounds. These sounds will converge with the images and their feelings within the scenes - such as quiet, ambient nighttime sounds within the opening alongside non-diegetic screeches and wails within the dream and the montages. Therefore, this will be more effective alongside the visual imagery and cinematography of the piece. Added to this, we found all possible sounds that could converge within our piece, as well as deciding whether they would time properly or if not would be repeated.
Added to this, last night Jess uploaded our seperate audio sounds of our speech upon her ipod so this could be easily transferable, moreover so we may allow others to listen to 'Version 1' (Jess) and 'Version 2' (Myself). After this, we made a small video on Jess' Sony Ericsson mobile phone, which shows the participant, with Jess' voice asking who they decided to choose as well as why. The participant will then answer both questions quickly - within 10 seconds. So far we have asked two particpants and plan to complete the remaining 3 at lunchtime.
They will be in small form, and the results will be presented in a pie diagram after we recieve the data.
We will upload the various sounds from http://www.freesound.org/ soon
